Overview
This website is operated by PuzzleNest. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to PuzzleNest. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address and shipping address.

2. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, or orders that appear to be placed by resellers. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. Your order confirmation email is not an acceptance; your order is accepted when it ships.

3. Payment and Fraud Prevention
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders may be reviewed, verified, or held for fraud prevention, and we may request additional information before shipping. We may cancel orders that cannot be verified.

4. Pricing and Promotions
Prices, promotions, and bundle offers are subject to change without notice and apply only at the time of purchase. Price changes after your purchase do not entitle you to a refund or price adjustment. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Product Information
We work to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, wood grain, and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Lifestyle photos show the product in use and may include props such as puzzles, blankets, and furniture that are not included. What's included with your order is listed on the product page and in our FAQ.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks your order delivered to the address provided at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged items, and missing parts are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which you agree to when you place your order.

8. Assembly, Use, and Safety
Please follow the included instructions when assembling and using your PuzzleNest. Lock the wheels before use, do not lean on, sit on, or overload the board or drawers, and keep small puzzle pieces away from young children and pets. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper assembly, misuse, modification, or use other than as intended. Normal wear and tear and damage caused after delivery are not covered.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your order, you agree to contact us first at getpuzzlenest@gmail.com and give us a reasonable opportunity, at least 14 days, to resolve it before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide your order details, tracking and delivery records, communications, and your agreement to these terms to the card issuer. We may decline future orders from customers who file chargebacks for orders that were delivered as described.

10. Reviews and Submissions
If you send us reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you allow us to use, edit, and publish it in any medium without compensation. You confirm that you own the content and that it is truthful.

11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property, to commit fraud, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the PuzzleNest name, logo, text, graphics, photos, and videos, belongs to PuzzleNest and may not be copied or used without written permission.

13. Third-Party Services
Payments, shipping, and some site features are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or delays outside our control.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in our policies, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuzzleNest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PuzzleNest harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

17. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply shortages, or government actions.

18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

19. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in full effect.

20. Your Rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by posting changes on this page. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.
